Grobag

A sleeping bag that will keep your baby at a comfortable temperature all night long. Grobags come in a variety of sizes and thicknesses, which are measured in togs. The higher the tog, the warmer the product. Striking cotton designs, two-way front travel zipper for effortless transfer from crib to car seat or stroller.

Love the designs
I used this for 2 of my children and love, love loved it. Great quality, not too hot when baby is sleeping, and nice designs. There are many more options on the market now, but Grobag is still one of my favourites.
Loved these.
I was a huge fan of these. My twins used them from the time they were out of their 'swaddles' to the time they moved out of their cribs when they were 3+. I particularly liked not having to worry about them getting tangled in blankets, and appreciated the varying weights for different times of year. My kids loved them, too...they didn't want to move out of their cribs, due in large part to their fondness for their Grobags! I got all of mine on a special twin 2-for-1 deal, so they offered excellent value for money in my case.
Love this bag... baby sleeps very well with it. Well designed, great styles but hard, very hard on the wallet.
Get them started when they're young!
I was given a Grobag for an 18-24month old when my daughter was born. Because she was too small for it, I just let her sleep without a blanket in doubled-up sleepers for extra warmth. Now that she's a year old, and rolling all over her crib throughout the night, I think trying to get her into a Grobag or any sleeping bag now would be uncomfortable for her, and would probably keep her up at night. If you want to use a sleeping bag for your child, I think it's best to get them in it when they're young.
Helped with Naptime
I love this product! I've purchased the smallest size in the heavier fabric and now just bought the next size up and my daughter loves it! I also bought one in the lighter fabric so when she goes for her naps I put her in this one and it's a sign for her to sleep. It's helped me out a great deal.
Great product!
I loved using the Grobag for my son. I never had to worry about him getting cold during the night due to blankets being kicked off. He loved it so much he woud grab his grobag to tell us he was ready for bed! We now have three of these bags and I am looking forward to using them with our new baby that is on the way!
I purchased a grobag online from petiteposh.com and was a bit wary as I had only heard about these Grobags and had never purchased online before. The Grobag is wonderful! Easy to put on baby, washes well and comes in so many different colors and patterns so it is pretty also. I have since ordered 3 more from petiteposh.com, the service is great and I suspect I will be ordering more for the next little one.
better than blankie
My wife and i were talked (or scared) into buying this bag fo safety reasons fo our second child. Lots of peace of mind and the added bonus of being really comfy for baby. No kicking blankets off in the middle of the night (which meant no getting up for us) and we could also move him from the stroller to the bed all wrapped up without him waking up. We loved it so much we bought one as a gift for friends of ours who just had a baby. A great gift. Not sure about the deal with washing (i think it got a good washing every other week). The price seems a bit steep at first ($80-100) but if it's all you use it's well worth it.
Cotton breathes
My 14 month old daughter is on her second grobag and it is by far the best of the ones we've tried. We had been given other brands' version of the sleep sac as gifts but most had polyester blends and she would overheat in them. I recommend the grobag unconditionally.
Warm and Snuggly Without the Fears
I know, I know...it may seem irrational, but I really took to heart the warnings about keeping blankets and bumper pads out of the crib to avoid even the smallest risk of SIDS. As a result, I ran out to pick up a sleeping bag for our baby boy as soon as he was too big too be swaddled. The Grobag has been fantastic and we have a few of them now: a couple for the summer and a couple for the winter (they come in different weights for temperature differences). Plus, we also picked up a fantastic one that has a little opening in the back for a car seat/stroller harness and a dual zipper in the front to pull it through and lock close. This means we can put our sleeping baby in the Grobag and transport him around without having to pull him out. Only a parent could understand what a great benefit that is! And, they are finally starting to get some more stylish, contemporary fabrics which always plays a role in the purchase decision :-)
